No. GullyBazar is a marketplace facilitator. Products and services are sold directly by registered local sellers.

Anyone can use it to browse and order products. However, sellers must register and complete verification.

Account & Security

Open the app → Enter your phone number → Verify using OTP → Start shopping.

Yes. All sellers go through an identity and shop verification process before listing products. Trust is our foundation: "Jahan bharosa, wahi pehchaan."

Orders & Shopping

Select a product → Add to cart → Choose delivery or pickup → Pay online or select COD → Place order.

Yes. Many sellers provide a store pickup option so you can buy from your trusted local shop.

Yes. Go to My Orders to check order status and delivery updates.

Payments

UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on seller and area.

If payment fails, no money is deducted. In case of deduction, it will be auto-refunded by the payment provider. You can also contact support.

Return, Refund & Cancellation

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before seller confirms or dispatches it.

Refunds are processed based on the seller’s return policy and payment mode. Usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Yes, if: • The product is damaged or defective • It is different from the listing • The seller accepts returns in their policy window

Seller & Vendor

Go to Seller Registration → Submit details → Complete verification → Create your store → Upload products.
